Our story began in 2008. Back then we were known as Vintage Wedding, a small events company organizing and managing wedding events for friends and young couples in Nairobi and Mombasa.

Today, We are Vintage Concepts Ltd and are privileged to connect our clients with millions of customers through events, as one of the largest events management companies in Kenya and East Africa region with a capacity to run three 1,000 guest capacity events running concurrently.

We are now organizers of business-to-business and leisure events, including conferences and conventions, award ceremonies and gala nights, seminars and workshops, roadshows, festivals and entertainment events, round tables and exhibitions for the public, government, commercial and third sectors.

We know that every event is different and every client has their own objectives and individual requirements. We’ve always believed in creating the best events possible. Our client-services journey is defined by the following.

Many clients require a full outsourced service – from formulating the concepts, scope of the event and recommending a venue, to managing the event on-site and conducting delegate follow-up afterwards. While other clients may want to help only with specific aspects, such as venue and equipment sourcing or registration. No matter how much or how little you would like us to take off your shoulders, we can tailor a package to suit your specific requirements.
